No surprise customs charges. For US orders, import duties are calculated and collected at checkout. That means the courier will not bill you on delivery — the total you pay us is the total you pay.
Because we charge one flat rate regardless of parcel size, combining items into a single order is far better value than placing several small ones.
Dispatch times
In-stock items are dispatched promptly. Please note that some Simplified Chinese products can take longer to reach us, and where that applies we say so on the product page and in our site banner. Presale items ship on or after the release date shown at checkout, and can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Packaging
Sealed product ships in protective outer packaging. Single cards ship sleeved and toploadered. Everything goes tracked — you'll receive the tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.
If something goes wrong
If your order doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, email help.celestialvault@outlook.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Reporting within 48 hours helps us claim against the courier, though it doesn't affect your statutory rights. See our refund policy for full terms, or the shipping policy.
