Terms of Service — Celestial Vault

1. Overview

This website (celestialvault-store.myshopify.com, the "Site") is operated by Celestial Vault ("we", "us", "our"), a United Kingdom–based retailer of Pokémon Trading Card Game products, including single cards, factory-sealed products, blind boxes, and curated mystery packs. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Mystery packs and blind boxes are collectible products sold for entertainment and collecting purposes; they are not intended for purchase by minors.

3. Products

3.1 Single cards

Condition and set details (e.g. card number, set, language) are described on each product page. Unless stated otherwise, singles are sold as near mint. Minor print lines, centring variance, and factory imperfections inherent to Pokémon TCG products are not defects.

3.2 Sealed products

Sealed products (booster boxes, gift boxes, blind boxes, coin sets) are sold factory-sealed and unweighed. We make no representation about the contents of any individual sealed product beyond the manufacturer's published contents. Some products are non-English editions (e.g. Simplified Chinese); the language is stated on the product page — please check before ordering.

3.3 Mystery packs (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Black Gold)

Our mystery packs are curated by us and contain randomized, authentic Pokémon TCG cards. Where a pack advertises a guaranteed number of "hits" (e.g. ex, V, VMAX, VSTAR, GX cards), that guarantee refers to card category only. The specific cards, sets, languages (English, Chinese, or Japanese), and market values of contents are random and not guaranteed. The resale or market value of pack contents may be higher or lower than the purchase price. Mystery packs are purchased for the enjoyment of the opening experience and collecting; they are not an investment product and no particular value outcome is promised.

3.4 Authenticity

All cards and sealed products we sell are genuine, officially licensed Pokémon TCG products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, or The Pokémon Company International.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged additionally at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already accepted. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before dispatch.

Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods shown. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods.

5. Orders, Availability and Cancellation by Us

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, or where an order appears to be placed by a reseller bot. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund. Quantity limits may apply to high-demand items.

6. Shipping and Risk

We ship from the United Kingdom. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

7. Returns, Refunds and Your Statutory Rights

7.1 Right to cancel (UK/EU consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods and a further 14 days to return them, for any reason.

Important exceptions:

• Sealed products, blind boxes, and mystery packs that have been opened cannot be returned. The value of these products lies in their sealed, randomized nature; once opened, they cannot be resold and the right to cancel is lost, as permitted for sealed goods unsuitable for return once unsealed.
• Single cards must be returned in the same condition they were sent, in protective packaging.

To cancel, contact us at help.celestialvault@outlook.com with your order number. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

7.2 Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described (e.g. wrong card or wrong language edition sent), contact us within 30 days for a repair, replacement, or full refund including return postage.

Dissatisfaction with the randomized contents of a mystery pack or blind box is not a fault and does not qualify a product as misdescribed, provided the guaranteed contents (e.g. number of hits) were delivered.

8. Pre-orders

Where products are offered for pre-order, release dates are estimates provided by distributors and may change. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before dispatch. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, we will refund you in full.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place orders or scrape the Site; attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operation; or submit false or fraudulent order or chargeback claims. We may suspend or ban accounts and cancel orders in response to abuse, and we reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.

10. Intellectual Property

All Site content created by us (text, layout, branding, photography) is our property or used under licence. Pokémon and all related names, characters, and imagery are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners; product images are used solely to identify the goods offered for sale.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of expected resale value of any product, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We do not sell your personal data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
